Here is a movie I made to tell the story of my summer adventure. It stars Felix (the red fox), my nephew Zen and a few other delightful characters. I ended up coming home with thousands of photos and hours of video roll that needed to be condensed down to the bare essentials; the movie is just under 20 minutes. I tried to capture what it was like to be within my environment, without necessarily focusing on the individuals around me. I felt awkward and intrusive with my camera out, not wanting to attract attention or violate anyone’s privacy. I was also mindful of those in prayer and holy places, so there are no photos from inside any of the temples, shrines or gurdwaras I visited.
I took most of the photos and video; a few were taken by helpful strangers and friends. The music credits are at the end. Namaste.
